Questions

What if both day fields are set?

Standard cron runs on a day that matches either: "0 0 1 * 1" is the 1st of the month and every Monday. If one of them starts with *, only the other counts.

In which time zone are the runs shown?

In this browser's. A server runs cron in its own zone — often UTC — so shift the times if they differ.

Are seconds or Quartz syntax supported?

No: this is the five-field cron of crontab, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions. L, W and # from Quartz are reported as not supported.
