CSV → XLSX
Turns CSV into a real Excel workbook: columns sized to fit, the header row bold and frozen, numbers as numbers — while "007", phone numbers and long IDs stay text so Excel cannot eat their zeros.

Why keep some numbers as text?
Excel drops leading zeros and rounds past 15 digits, so 007 or a 16-digit card number would change. Those stay text.
