Annotate a screenshot
Paste a screenshot and mark it up: arrows, frames, ovals, a highlighter, a pen, text, numbered steps and pixelated areas for what must not be seen. Every mark can be moved, recoloured, deleted or undone. Download a PNG or copy it straight into a chat.

Questions
How do I get a screenshot in?
Take it the usual way — Win+Shift+S on Windows, Cmd+Ctrl+Shift+4 on a Mac — and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V) on this page. A picture can also be dropped or opened.
Can I change a mark after drawing it?
Yes: choose Select (V), click the mark and drag it, pick another colour or thickness, or press Delete. Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes. With the Text tool, click a label to edit it.
Is pixelation safe for passwords and card numbers?
Pixelated areas are written into the saved PNG, and the coarse blocks cannot be sharpened back. For short text in large print, cover it with a filled frame instead, or use Blur parts of a photo with the fill mode.
Is the screenshot uploaded?
No. It is drawn in this tab and saved from it.
Which keys are there?
V select, A arrow, R frame, O oval, H highlighter, P pen, T text, N step, B pixelate. Shift keeps arrows at 45° and frames square.
