Why does the fast cut start a little early?
Without re-encoding a video can only start on a keyframe, which may be a second or two before the time you set. Pick “Exact” to cut on the frame.
How do I write times?
Seconds (75), minutes and seconds (1:15) or hours too (0:01:15.5). Leave “To” empty to keep everything to the end.
