How is Cyrillic written?
The way URLs usually do: й is y, ю is yu, я is ya, х is kh, ъ and ь are left out.
What does "Drop short words" remove?
Articles, prepositions and conjunctions — a, the, of, for, в, на, для — so the slug keeps the words that matter. A title made only of them is left as is.
