Do "Anna" and "anna" count as the same line?
Only with "Ignore case" on. Spaces at the ends are trimmed first, so "anna " and "anna" are the same line.
Can I also sort the result?
Yes — in "Sort and clean lines", where repeats, empty lines and sorting are all options.
