Questions
Annuity or differentiated?
Annuity: the payment is the same every month, most of it interest at first. Differentiated: the debt falls by the same amount every month, so the payments start higher and get smaller, and the interest paid is lower overall.
Why is my bank’s figure slightly different?
Banks often count interest by the actual days in each month and round in their own way, and add insurance or fees. The calculator splits the yearly rate evenly over twelve months — the difference is usually a few kopecks to a few roubles a month.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is arithmetic on the numbers you type; the bank’s contract is what counts.
