Late payment penalty (Russia)
Counts penalties on a late payment the way Russian law does: taxes of a person (1/300 of the key rate a day), taxes of a company (1/300, 1/150 from day 31, 1/300 from day 91), housing and utilities (from day 31), or a contract's own daily rate. Shows each stretch of days.

Which key rate do I enter?
The Bank of Russia key rate in force on the days of delay — 14% in October 2026. If it changed during the period, count each stretch with its own rate and add them up.
Which days are counted?
From the day after the due date up to and including the day of payment, weekends included. For utilities the first 30 days are free.
Is this exactly what the tax office will charge?
For a single debt and one key rate, yes. With a unified tax account the office counts the penalty on the whole negative balance, which changes with every payment — use the result as a check.
